A new dimension of time and space

The invisible dragon zoomed across the skies with Isabel and Lancelot clinging tightly to his enormous scaly neck. They flew from Old England across Europe and beyond the Middle Eastern deserts, then followed the northern border of the Indian subcontinent. The Himalayas rose proudly ahead of them.

One of the peaks was surrounded by a dense cloud bank. The dragon called back to his passengers. "That's the gateway to Shangri-La. It's a doorway to another dimension in space and time."
Lancelot could not comprehend the idea. "What is a dimension in space and time?"
They were approaching fast, so the dragon had no time to explain. "Hold tight, good friends!"

They swooped into the dense, misty bank. Isabel saw lighting fork its way through the cloud. A sudden bright flash hit them, and she shut her eyes tight, certain this would be their end. "AHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!"

…but it was just the beginning. She opened her eyes again, and looked down to see green fields and houses dazzling in the sunshine.
Looking back over her shoulder, she saw only a rainbow arching across the blue sky. "Lancelot, did you have no fear?"
He spoke through his amazement at all he observed. "I am a knight of the round table, magical Isabel."

The invisible dragon coasted down, and landed in a green field. "Welcome to Shangri-La! We hope you enjoyed your flight with Dragon Air 1…"
Isabel was overwhelmed at the beauty of this mystical, legendary place. "Thank you for your help with my spell, dragon."

The good knight had dismounted, and was running his hand through the lush grass. "It's so real. I've never seen magic like this, in all my days of adventure."
With a little leap and a few steps Isabel was standing by him. "Come, good Lancelot. We can recapture the thrill of life in Camelot, together."

The knight stood erect, and a hardened expression crossed his visage. "Then I shall need my sword, and armor. Dragon, I must prevail on you to bring…"
The invisible dragon cut him off mid-sentence. "There are no wars here, brave knight. No armies, no enemy lands to conquer. Just peace."
Isabel watched as confusion was now written on the good man's face. "I cast a love spell…"

After a few moments of silence, the young dragon remembered something his father the magician had told him a long time before. Perhaps he could help this seasoned knight understand his place in a new dimension of time and space.

"The greatest warrior sublimates his fear with love. Until, in the end, he has nothing but love within him."

The words hung in the air for several moments, until Lancelot spoke. "Thank you for your spell, Isabel. It seems my days of fighting are over. Thank you for bringing me to Shangri-La."
